Use the portal for student accounts, report absences online before 9:00 AM, and request the Parent Handbook 2026–2027 by email.
Create or update your child’s Galaxy Montessori online account. Your child will receive an official Galaxy student ID and email, where they can interact with their teacher and other students, and access online curriculum and school updates.
Open the parent portal formReport your child’s absence by 9:00 AM using the online Absenteeism Form. This supports our Safe Arrival process. Please avoid calling the school during the day for routine absences.
Report an absenceThe Parent Handbook is sent by Office Administration on request. It is not posted on this site. Use the link below to open an email to admin@galaxymontessori.com with the subject and request already filled in.
Open 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You may drop off anytime during open hours. Under My Time Montessori, each day includes a maximum of 9.5 hours of care (from drop-off to pick-up). Late fees apply for any time beyond 9.5 hours. Rates and terms are in the Parent Handbook 2026–2027.
Example: if you need pick-up by 6:00 PM, drop off no earlier than 8:30 AM.
CWELCC
Galaxy Montessori is enrolled in Ontario’s Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system. Eligible children under six benefit from reduced fees through this provincial–federal program. You do not submit a separate government application — enrolment is through the school.
Base fee for eligible children: $478.50 per month (full day), for 2026–2027.
If a child is not CWELCC-eligible, monthly tuition is $1,850 (Pre-Casa) and $1,750 (Casa). Please contact the office for how rates apply to your family.

Families and educators share a calm, courteous environment. We ask that communication stay constructive and professional. Staff are entitled to a safe workplace. Families are entitled to clear information and a fair process.

Existing families are invited to re-enrol for the upcoming academic year when the office opens that window. Please contact us to confirm the current dates.
